When relationships are built on projections, expectations and judgments it always creates separation rather than communion. 

• Creationships are the future. A creationship is a space where each person is a valuable contribution,
• and each person makes the other person’s life greater by at least 20 to 200 times, 
• where you have more of you every single day.

Relationships Done Different Mentorship is all about empowering you to be you. It’s about never cutting off any part of you in favor of someone else. 

• It’s an invitation to kindness, gratitude, ease, joy and playfulness in relationships..
• It is the beginning of developing the 5 elements of intimacy with you.
• The Being vulnerable, trusting you, being in allowance of you, honoring yourself and not in judgment of yourself,
• and having gratitude for you will allow you to have true intimacy with you and like you.

I work with leaders and teams around the world to create a different way of doing business. I’ve worked with companies in Ireland and Germany so far, and I’m expanding my reach to Africa, India, and anywhere people are ready for something new.

For me, business is never just about numbers. It’s about contributing to a conscious society where people share their gifts.

I don’t use rigid systems or old leadership checklists. I invite leaders to include their whole body in how they lead, to create profit through ease, and to see every challenge as an opportunity to grow. 

I see a future where conscious leadership is standard and where contribution, profitability, and joy go hand in hand.
