How much information have you been fed about what's the right way and what's the wrong way to be with food?
From a young age we get a million different messages, spoken and unspoken, from our parents, peers, doctors, magazines and media.
"If you don't eat your dinner you won't grow up big and strong...."
"Clean your plate, there are starving children in......"
"Don't eat that, it's bad for you...."
"A moment on the lips makes a lifetime on the hips..."
If you add to that all the judgement that is put on bodies and weight, it's no wonder we feel wrong no matter what we choose.
We eat for all kinds of reasons that have nothing to do with nourishing our body.
Do you eat more when you’re feeling stressed?
Do you eat when you’re not hungry or when you’re full?
Do you eat to feel better (to calm and soothe yourself when you’re sad, mad, bored, anxious, etc.)?
Do you reward yourself with food?
Does food make you feel safe?
Do you feel like food is a friend?
Do you feel powerless or out of control around food?
What else is possible beyond emotional eating?
Did anyone ever ask you what's true for you when it comes to your body and what you put into it?
What if your reality with your body is way different than anyone else's?
The whole purpose of this program is to come out of right and wrong and good and bad with food.
We'll take a look at compulsive behaviours and coping mechanisms you may have taken on, that leave you feeling like you don't have choice.

2x Monthly Calls
Get together for two calls per month with Rachael to ask questions, receive facilitation, and explore what else is possible
2x Monthly Small Group Meetings
Get together twice per month to share what's coming up and support each other.
Rachael will be popping into the group regularly to address whatever is coming up energetically as we all change together
