Tourists are often targeted by free taxi drivers in the arrival hall. The old black and white taxis usually do not have a meter and prices are negotiated before traveling. The white taxis have meters. The price list for a category C limousine should give an idea of the upper limit for acceptable fares. The fare is metered and most of these are new and air-conditioned.
